Join us for our 2nd Annual TURN THE TIDE GALA

Enjoy an evening of amazing animals, conservation and fundraising. Ocean Connections is dedicated to inspiring conservation awareness and public action for our world’s ocean through education. Our beautiful ambassadors will touch your heart while teaching your mind as we share an evening devoted to conservation awareness. Joining us will be well known animal advocates Julie Scardina, Suzi Rapp and David Jackson along with their amazing animal ambassadors. All proceeds raised directly benefit Ocean Connections education, conservation and animal care programs.

VIP Guests enjoy the opportunity to meet our beautiful animal ambassadors personally! An experience unlike any you’ve ever imagined awaits you as you meet species from around the globe. Special interactive photo opportunities are yours to enjoy. Meet the animals, professional trainers and guest speakers as a VIP guest! Be ready for an amazing experience!

General Gala Entry
All guests will enjoy a beautiful evening centered around our amazing animals. Your night includes gourmet hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, silent and live auction and our animal ambassador program.

What:  Meals for Seals

You don’t need to wait until fall, we’re doing another Meals for Seals! Join us in Cedarburg on May 9th, 2020, as we partner with New Fortune Asian Cuisine to bring you an entire day of fantastic food, conservation cocktails and the opportunity to meet our amazing Animal Ambassadors! Great food and fun for a phenomenal cause. New Fortune Asian Cuisine is supporting us by donating 25% of all food sales to our exceptional animal practices and conservation efforts.

What: 4-Person Scramble Charity Golf Tournament Benefiting Ocean Connections

Join us for our Second Annual charity golf outing benefitting conservation efforts for various pinniped species including harbor seals and California sea lions! Your participation directly contributes to Ocean Connections education, conservation and animal care programs.

Registration includes 9 holes of golf, cart rental, hole events, barn reception, cash bar, buffet dinner, drawings & awards. Plus a Meet & Greet with our Animal Ambassadors!

For those golfers wanting to golf 18 holes, we have reserved tee times prior to our event so you can enjoy an additional 9 holes of golf on your own. Please contact Karen Wilkey to reserve your tee time.

When: Sunday June 7, 2020

  • 12:30 - 1:15pm Registration
  • 1:30pm Shotgun Start (4-person scramble)
  • 5:30pm Dinner/Prizes/Raffles

SOUTH SHORE BEACH CLEANUP


 


What: South Shore Beach Cleanup

Please join us for our next Adopt-a-Beach Cleanup of the season in conjunction with the Friends of South Shore Park! We truly can make a difference in the health of our oceans by taking action to clean up our lakes right here in Wisconsin! Help us to make our waterways safer for all by joining our team for our summer beach cleanups! Trash bags are provided, but please consider bringing a bucket or plastic bag and some gloves from home to reduce the event's environmental footprint. Following the cleanup, participants can socialize at the South Shore Terrace Kitchen & Beer Garden!

Consider bringing:

  • Water or drink to stay hydrated
  • Shoes/clothes that can get dirty
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat!
