Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling can be done two (2) weeks or more in advance without penalty, according to program availability. Program cancellations are non-refundable.

In the event a program cannot be performed due to inclement weather or animal emergency, the program will be rescheduled for a later date. No refunds.
